Community organizations can apply for funding online. A complete and timely application allows us to effectively track applications, and reply faster and more efficiently in the timeframe required. While we endeavor to respond to all applicants in a timely fashion, due to the number of funding requests submitted, only successful applicants will be contacted.

Getting started

1. Collect the information you need, such as:

  • the organization’s name and address
  • contact information
  • tax ID numbers, if applicable
  • project title and description
  • outcomes, measurement strategy, etc.


2. Download the online form. Complete all required fields and attach back-up materials, if applicable.



3. Submit the application via email

After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email.

Our Donations Committee review proposals regularly throughout the year. It may take up to six weeks to carefully review a request. We appreciate your patience while we do so.
